1. Cleaning liquid installed in the cartridge cleaning nozzle

Steps for usage:

1 Fill the cleaning fluid into the printer cartridge

2 When the print quality drops or the line break occurs during the test of the mesh, install the cartridge containing the cleaning solution according to the normal method of replacing the ink cartridge.

3 Perform print head cleaning. After cleaning, perform the test mesh procedure until the mesh test is normal. For the color cleaning solution, clean the mesh.

The test can directly see the effect after cleaning. The cleaning effect of other cleaning liquids can be installed on the ink cartridge to perform the mesh test.

4 After the mesh test is OK, remove the cleaning ink cartridge, and affix the sealing strip to the outlet of the air-guiding tank and cleaning solution for reuse.

2. The cleaning liquid is installed in the vessel to soak the print head.

1 Take a clean dish and pour a small amount of washing liquid into it

2 Remove the problematic nozzle and soak the nozzle. Do not allow the cleaning fluid to reach the nozzle plate and contact plate (to prevent short circuit or damage caused by water being wet)

3 The soaking time depends on the clogging time of the nozzle. Just after the plug is cleaned, it can take 1-5 hours to remove the nozzle. If the time is longer, it can be soaked for 12-24 hours.

Cleaning precautions:

1. The cleaning liquid is completely compatible with the original ink and natural ink, without any damage to the print head and the ink supply pipe.

2. After the ink cartridge is opened, if there is no ink cartridge that is temporarily replaced, the cleaning ink cartridge may be replaced to protect the print head.

3, the cleaning fluid is not used in the internal structure has been damaged or the life of the print head.

4. When the cleaning liquid is cleaning the nozzle, it should try to avoid contact with the circuit of the nozzle.

5. After the cleaning is completed, ensure that the nozzle circuit is dry before installing the cleaned print head on the printer.

6. In the ordinary maintenance of the nozzle, when the printer is not working, a few drops of the cleaning liquid can be used to reset the wet state of the sponge head of the ink pad.

7, the cleaning fluid has a certain degree of volatility, should be kept in a sealed state, and placed in a lower temperature place.

8. If there is splashing of the cleaning liquid into the eyes, etc., rinse with clean water first, rinse after washing, and go to the hospital for serious problems.

9, the operating environment is clean.

10. The circuit board is soaked. Please dispose of it on the net and dry it before testing it. Otherwise it may burn the circuit.
