Therefore, we require that when new machines are installed, they must be cleaned with cleaning fluid. To avoid the phenomenon of drawing, ink obliquely sprayed.

Second, use the cleaning solution to clean the doctor blade and ink pad regularly every week. Pure water and alcohol have low solubility in ink, and alcohol has a slight corrosive effect on the blade. Therefore, we recommend that you do not use pure water and alcohol to clean it.

Third, regular use of cleaning solution to clean the pipeline, it is recommended (3-6 months). When the ink is used for a long time, there will be attachments on the pipe wall. The attachments will also affect the fluency of the ink. The cleaning solution has a strong solubility to the attachments, so it is necessary to regularly clean the pipes.

Fourth, in some cases, due to the poor working environment, the static electricity of the machine is relatively strong. Many cotton-like dust will adhere to the surface of the ink head. If it is not cleaned for a long time, it will cause oblique jets and clogging of ink holes. Regularly wash the droplets into the ink pad to make the ink head more moisturizing.
